Verrucaes are caused by a strain of HPV which results in a small black spot on the bottom of the foot. They can spread easily from person to person. Sebaceous hyperplasia occurs when sebaceous glands become enlarged with stubborn blocked oil (trapped sebum). They form a visible bump on the skin & have a yellowish or flesh coloured tint. These bumps are shiny & usually on the face. Between 2-4mm wide they can be rough, doughnut like in appearance & irregular in shape.
